I completed my apprenticeship as a chemical laboratory technician at the Institute of Medical Chemistry and Biochemistry in Innsbruck. After I started studying biology, I got the opportunity to increase and apply my knowledge at the Department of Microbiology as technical assistant. Now, after having returned from paternity leave with my son Jonathan, I’m here to support the Molecular Ecology Group with their current research topics.
