Since childhood, I have spent a lot of time in forests, and animals have always fascinated me. This passion led me to pursue a degree in biology at LMU Munich. For my bachelor’s thesis, I conducted a mapping project on green frogs (Pelophylax lessonae and Pelophylax esculentus). This experience inspired me to specialize further by pursuing a master’s degree in ecology, as I enjoy studying biology in the nature and at the organismal level.
Currently, I am doing my master’s thesis, which focuses on zoo animals. I travel across Europe to visit various zoos and investigate the relationships between enclosure sizes, financial resources, visitor numbers, and the mental health of selected zoo animals.
